Adventure involving pizza and bowling balls

On Monday, we did this.

We went with a group of people from another church. It was good fun.

By the end of the afternoon, it was generally accepted thought that the pink bowling ball was inhabited by a pink ghost dragon alien, which forced the bowling ball to turn to the right or left and not go straight. Between that and the jinx that got put upon my bowling efforts, it's a wonder I managed to get the score I got :P

So I pretty much gave my camera to random people there (well, they did ask for it, and I was only too happy to oblige), so most of the pictures here weren't taken by me. The above picture was Matt's retaliation on Dominic. Matt insisted that Dominic was having entirely too much fun taking bad pictures of Matt, so it was time to turn the tables. And I thought it was entirely too epic not to post. I did leave out the close up shot of his eye...
Me: Um, are you taking my picture? And if so, would you just take it already?!

Please note that Tyler has the black bowling ball. The pink one was not associated in any way, shape, or form with the guy bowlers. At all. Except that I have an incriminating photo of one holding the pink bowling ball, but I refrained from a) posting it or b) mentioning names.

This is me, preparing to show my skillz. Perhaps I managed to hit a couple pins that time.
From the perspective of a bowling ball... This was the one where she got all but one pin on the first try, and she got the one remaining one the second time. Pretty impressive (says the person who got a 50 and a 54 on the two games :P )

Jessica L and Megan

Yep, Katrina is airborne. And I refrain from further comment.

Oh! The place glowed! It was so cool...they turned out the lights for part of the time there, and it was so neat. People with light shirts glowed, and some of the shoes glowed too. And some people's teeth glowed.

Then we had pizza and cake...cake was to celebrate a couple birthdays, including Dominic and Jeff.
And of course I had to get a picture of the person with the other camera.
I don't know who this little guy is, but he was cute.

Ah...that would be the cake. It was quite good :)

One of the moms...
This is Kevin, giving the safety briefing. "I don't want anyone swinging back and taking out a couple of your favorite teeth," he said, in part. We all appreciated his concern for our teeth and maintained safe practices throughout.
Annetta. Shown here with the pink bowling ball of fame.
This is us arriving.
This is the sign for the bowling alley.

Yes...it got up to 65 degrees! It was exciting. And then I woke up this morning and it was white on the ground. A 30 degree drop overnight? Yeah :P

Then, after we bowled, we zipped to our church, because Monday night was the Awana Grand Prix. But, that is another post, because this one is ending.

It was really good pizza, too. Warm...lots of melty cheese...pepperoni. Yep, yummy pizza :)

Nice little bunny emoticon...he looks like he was hit on the head with a cement block though, because his eyes are shut.
